The Moorings and Coquina Sands neighborhoods in Naples FL are centrally located, stretching from US 41 to the Gulf of Mexico.  Much of the area is waterfront, especially in The Moorings, with boat docks and shimmering waterfront views for both single family homes and condominiums.

These Naples communities were primarily built in the 1960's and 1970's and exude a quiet elegance befitting a luxury lifestyle. The streets are lined with Ficus, Banyan and Palm trees, and neatly manicured lawns are in abundance.  Architectural styles are dominated by traditional Florida designs and many of the older homes have undergone renovation or complete reconstruction in recent years as the land value has steadily increased.
                     

The Moorings Country Club is located at the center of The Moorings on Crayton Road with beautiful golf course views for many of the surrounding homes.  Residents have another special bonus in The Moorings private beach.

Every home in the neighboring Coquina Sands is within walking distance of the beach and Gulf front Lowdermilk Park, which features private parking, a large covered picnic pavilion, restrooms, outside pinic areas, children's playground and the gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Both The Moorings and Coquina Sands are located within the city limits of Naples FL.  As for real estate prices, inland condominiums can be priced as low as the mid $300,000 range, with waterfront selections over $900,000.  Single family homes in both areas are generally over $1,000,000.  Larger luxury estate homes and waterfront residences may go up to several million.
